Paypal refusing VCCs now

Been in the stealth game quite a while now but in the last 3 weeks or so when creating new paypal stealth accounts when I try and add a VCC it just says Declined. Previously I never had issue using VCCs and have used various types. I have tried all types recently and all come back declined. Same issue for every new UK paypal now.

Has anyone else been having issues? I think Paypal are clamping down on their use as they prob know a higher than normal percentage of accounts get limited when they verify using these types of cards.

I should add that I rang paypal and the guy said its showing as a high risk card and thats why I cannot add it.

Ones I am using work OK

Its possible that they have blocked the BIN that you are using though. Just have to find one that works

I've experienced that as well but Paypal is not blocking VCCs. What appears to be happening is that certain addresses are blocked from adding a prepaid card. I've probably had this happen 10 times out of roughly the last 300 accounts made.
