Does anyone know whether it's possible to add a UK IBAN to an Paypal account in Europe(French for example)

Yes, it's possible as long as the bank account have EUR as currency not GBP, and accepts SEPA transfers as well.

Every GB iban I find, fails the last SEPA Instant Credit Transfer. It passes everything else except that one.

When I try ibans from different countries, it passes everything, but when I choose a GB iban, it always fails that last check. Passes everything else
