Problem with withdrawing money
 

Hello, my PayPal account has the following problem, when I try to withdraw money to my Bank Account it gives me this message:

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later.

Also I tried to buy something from Ebay, and at the checkout it didn't allow me to pay with PayPal, it redirected me to pay with another paying option.
I can't understand what happened with my PayPal account...I heard that there is a link where you can withdraw money directly, and skipping these messages you just withdraw the amount directly, I've tried these two:

paypal.com/wdfunds - it allows me to add bank account so I can withdraw
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr...withdraw-funds - after i enter it, it redirectes me into the Summary page of my PayPal account...

...and what If I update my PayPal account to Business Account, will I be able to withdraw the amount then?

You may need to verify and confirm your account first(personal account is fine).
PayPal does risk checks on new accounts that were created within 3 months

Attach a credit/gift card and bank account.

I wonder if I need to verify and confirm pp first before I attach it with ebay, Or just verify is fine.

I am asking this as vcc confirmed the acc but vcc is taking time to show up pp transaction.

Shall I wait or just attach with pp

Hey, if i have new pp account, created like five days ago, i have linked bank/credit card ( verified ). And when I get funds which are available for withdrawing, should I instant withdraw to my card or just to send them to my first account?

Ive been unable to add a bank account to my paypals the past 2 days on a couple of accounts. Was going to try again tonight but the page where you enter your bank details is now an error page so hoping some kind of paypal glitch.
