New PP UK account instantly gone limited
 

Hi,
I have just created PP UK account and as soon as it created it is gone limited instantly and I am being asked for ID & proof of address. I followed all the stealth rule.

What could be the reasons?
Could it be the name/address/dob is already being used on pp?

What do I do now, I am a bit scared as this is my own IP (Although I changed the IP by resetting the router) and this is not fresh dedicated vpn.

Something in the creation method is causing this

Are you reusing any information?
Are you making sure your IP is resetting when you turn the router off? It wont always reset

What are you using for a VCC? I have nt used any VCC as yet

I have not added bank & VCC as yet, even before doing anything it is limited already and asking me ID & address proof

It’s sounds like your doing everything you should do...

Your making sure that the details your using a totally random and not trying to use someone’s details (even if with their permission?)

I am using someone else details but the other person does not remember if he ever had paypal account ?

Please advise further?
Shall I provide them Id's or what?
Shall I close this account and start from scratch by just using ramdom details?

I would bet that they have

This is why using another persons details is really never a good idea. It’s like building a house on sand

Sounds like a bit of a mess. I'd leave the account unless your friend will help with Id.

If my friend help with Id's then what if he is also having an account himself but he does not remember,

I don't want any trouble as my IP is exposed to PP, Can I close this account?

They will tell you if you have multiple accounts and close one of them.

It sounds like he does already have an account.

Okay, I have tried closing it but it says it does seems there is a problem, so, will PP let me to close that.

They won’t let you close it.

You don’t really gain anything from closing the account either really

Okay, If I make a new account changing all the details and follow all the stealth rule but this time just ramdon name/address/dob will this work?

I am a bit concern about the ip address although I will change it but this is not VPN.

So long as the IP changes thats all that matters

i made 4 uk stealth pp from a public vpn with random details and working fine almost a month now so i guess it issue with something in your pc or something and i used vmware may be try that

You probably have a bad VCC,
happened to me as well :/
