paypal suddenly delaying withdrawals

Got a stealth PP - EU limit lifted months ago.
All running smoothly

Last 2 withdrawals - about £100 from balance of £2-300, have been delayed 24 hours.

Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

It's pretty normal, those delays can come and go. Nothing to worry about.

Ive had delays in my 16 year old legitimate account on and off like that for years. 80% of the time it is an instant transfer.

its normal.
Probably detected either a new device, new ip, new something... larger amount than normal or maybe the time of day is irregular from your previous withdrawal.
Defiantly don't be concerned, its normal. After around 2-4 withdrawls, it will go back to about 2 hours.
