adding saving bank account to PP

Please help, I have put my saving account number in stealth Paypal, my name in stealth PayPal is different as my real name. Please see the received email,

(Your bank has let us know that you can’t use your bank account ending in 2945to fund PayPal payments. If you already have a card linked to your PayPal account, we’ll use it to fund your future payments.

From what I understand your stealth account should only have a bank account attached for withdrawals only as the bank doesn't share the account holders name with paypal in that situation.

As soon as you initiate a payment from a bank account connected to a stealth paypal rather than a virtual credit card, the bank and paypal see the name on the account mis-matches and it causes problems.

Correct me if I'm wrong ...

It is just normal process to add the saving bank account, now I have added another saving bank account, the first step is done, now the second step as I have received this email:

I have concealed the details with *****, the email was received from PayPal and they will check with the bank.

Either is new rule now with Bank - Paypal or problem with saving bank account.

You dont need to attach anything more than a savings account to withdraw. If you want to put funds into the paypal you'll need a matching name on the bank and PP, otherwise a savings is just fine

I get the same email that the bank cant be used to fund payments, just ignore it.
