Paypal temporary limitation

Guys i had a stealth paypal acc with ssn linked and i forgot the phone number on it meaning i can't call paypal customer service i got an email stating "We recently received a report of unauthorized activity on a card linked to your PayPal account." but i don't have a card linked to my account can someone help me i have emailed paypal and i'm waiting for a response

don't think you will get a reply from an email off paypal, i never have, i have however contacted them using a different number than that what was registered with paypal

yup and i called them up and they asked for ssn which i don't know because this was a bought stealth acc

I bought the account time ago can't find the sellers email
