My PayPal doesnt process payments from eBay

Hello, I am trying to sell specific product for like 2 months, atm, it has over 20 watchers and 1000 views. I was wondering why I cant sell it and a few days ago I received this message from other eBay user:
"Hi, I am wanting to purchase the xxxxxxxxx you have for sale, but when I try to purchase them via credit card or PayPal, it immediately kicks it back to me and says it can't process. I called my card company and they were able to look at the attempted transactions, and they said it's not a problem with my card as it was authorized, but within seconds your PayPal kicked it back. Is there a way to pay to make this go through?"
Any ideas please? I have never met with this issue. Thanks in advance. My PayPal is verifed and in the selling I could find the correct one PP address.

You could always create another stealth PP and eBay to make a test purchase from your listing

Its not working, many potential buyers messaged me that they cant make payment to my PayPal...
