Full Paypal verification questions
Need to clarify some tight moment of Paypal full verification (limits removed)
1) Is it still enough only card for EU Paypal to pass ID/bill verification? Read here some post where mentioned bank acc should be attached too. But also have feedback like 10K+ euro funds move with only card attached.
2) I heard Paypal vefication with phone call pass smoother. What that call mean? Like they call and discuss with you questions or what?
3) Read card uses to virify you address. But I know for sure that guys uses virtual cards from one country to vefiry other contry Paypal. Is it means they use same address/data while issuing virtual card and creating Paypal acc? |
