When Paypal ask you to
1: Provide invoices
2: Supplier Contact Info

What are you supposed to supply when you source your goods second hand from car boots , classfiied etc ????

I don't have any supplier or invoices so what should i do ?

If i made up a f.a.k.e supplier , would paypal be able to verify ?

How important is supplying invoices and contact info on a restriced account ?

Not sure if you are using a stealth account or not. You have to call them to see if there is a possibility to get an alternative way to verify it. Ask their manager/supervisor, escalate if the 1st person you talk with can not be any help.

Limited accounts 'ask' for information. BUT that can be solved depending on the goods. Next time you sell items from car boot sales & 2nd hand goods, do photos of the goods with that day's paper: in other words you can prove you have the items. Have them at hand for each listing...
Other listings you can just suppy copies of invoices
When you still have problems (& hopefully you do not), then a phone call to paypal may be needed. You ask for a manager & calmly explain the situation.
