i have link my vcc master card with my uk paypal.
now paypal asking me card statement that i dnt have one.
if anyone have any template so pls help me .i will edit some detail .thanks advanse for helping

I've seen PSD/PDF templates on dark net relatively cheap. You'll probably get some offers here though.

Generally yes. I think there are a few other ways to get on though, like clear net to dark net gateways.

Be aware of who you claim the card is supplied by. A quick BIN search will flag up the real provider.

It's blacklisted since the end of last year.

Ditch the account if you can and get a working card this time.

They already know the card number from when you entered it. They can also tell that the card is Neteller from the first 6 digits.

I would move onto another account

Key to that is "Used To"

From my experience now its now standard practice for them to check the BIN against the company on the statement.
