Re-opening a paypal ....
 

Ok so per stealth rules I opened a fresh ebay account, fresh paypal account.

Listed first item and got banned by ebay as I am high risk.

So no items have actually sold and no money received.

The paypal was verified / confirmed. So I added my bank account to it.

Now obviously I have no use for the account any more. I closed the paypal after removing my bank account.

So my question is ...

Can I open a new stealth ebay and stealth paypal and use this bank account again ?

Yes but it will get linked and limited at some point

That's what I was thinking as well.

May just create a new stealth with that bank account and keep it as one of the paypal/ebays that never ever go over £1600 a year in sales then to stay under the radar.
