no limits?
 

is there no limits on a uk PP anymore? I remember you used to be able to see how close you were to limits etc, but have had a paypal that's went way over what the EU limit used to be.

Also, does adding a valid passport now verify a PP?

There's no limit as to how much you can receive or send as long as your account is Fully Verified.
And NO, merely adding your valid passport can't verify your pp account.
You can verify your account thru phone, email, bank and VCC.
I believe you're referring to a verification wherein you are asked to send docs like ID (passport), Proof of Addy, Invoices, etc.

sending limit does not exist when you verify a creditcard.
when you recive 1800 EUR or the equivalent in GBP they ask you for Proof of identity and adress but do not restrict any of your rights. you still can send recive and withdraw.
when you reach 2500 and still did not verify, you cant or withdraw but you still can recive and refound. once they accepted your docs there are no limits but they will still **** around and ask for random documents once a while.

the 1800/2500 limit is not visible, you need to count it manulay
