PayPal suspension
 

Ok so I just got perm banned, they said that I am selling products on eBay but using a personal PayPal (stealth acc I was sold was meant to have been business but I did not double check this) - rookie move as I've not done stealth in a while.

Other than that everything is fine and I'm up to date with current stealth methods.

My questions are:

1.) If eBay customers have received their products, left good FB etc, how can I withdraw my funds quicker? I was advised to email bc-info to appeal the ban and explain the reasons (this COULD lift the ban but I doubt it very much).

2.) Can I attach a new stealth PayPal under a new IP to the same eBay account or will PayPal see the eBay seller name/details are automatically limit me.

I doubt PayPal banned you for using a personal account to sell as a business, it will be something else.

You can add a new PP to existing eBay, how long it lasts, is anyones guess, can be months can be minutes.
