Hello,
can someone recomend a UK bank which i can use to recive paypalfunds? They do not need to support missmatched name since they paypal account is on me. I do not leave in UK but Paypal accepted my utilitybill. so i can verify adress but can not recive a physical card (I do not even need it). Or i need one which accepts to ship the card to latinamrica.
Transferwise scamed me already and does not want to return me my money, so i need another bank.
can anyone recomend me one? i am afraid to open revolut since i cant use a UK ip in their verification process

A bank like Revolut might suit your needs. They don’t send out a card as standard either

thanks for your answer. the person who is supposed to open the account is in latinamerica. Revolut verification is directly from phone, so you cant take a picture and send it to them.
They will see his IP and might not allow it. vpns are easy to detect

You can also try monese.
You can use vpn while versification

we are in 2019.. every big company knows if an ip belongs to a datacenter or resident ip. monese does only support UK. does it work with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ utility bill?

In 2019, every company knows if an IP belongs to a DCH, VPN, etc...

IP burger can be easily detected as an anonymising proxy. If you read PayPal user agreement, this is restricted...

But you must do something to hide your original IP...

Can VPNs be detected - Yes.

Do they cause issues when being used on eBay and PayPal - For the most part, no.

If they are causing you issues, you're most likely using them wrong, i.e. using abused IPs.
