Nationwide Bank issue

I have been banking with Nationwide accounts for my stealth PayPal now I have hit a problem.
I had around 2 online savers and 2 flex basic accounts. I have been using them for stealth and in total probably made like £2500 of transactions over the last 12 months. I would then transfer the funds to my main starling account for my daily spend etc.
Over a week ago I logged on to the nationwide and all my accounts have disappeared. I made a complaint and they said its due to my transactions being investigated. I'm guessing the payments going in to my account in a different name and then me transferring it looks dodgy.
I haven't lost any money in there. Should I ring them and try and explain or just leave it? I don't want no cifas or anything stupid like that when everything I've done is legit, technically haha
