I’ve had this loads of times. If the automated system doesn’t work just call in, it’s something that needs ‘toggling’ on their end. Sometimes they can do it whilst you’re on the phone, other times they have to send it to the back office.
You’ll get an email within 12-24 hours and it’ll allow you to withdraw. Just call in and it’ll get sorted.
