Paypal Temporary Limitation

One of my paypal accounts is on Temporary Limitation and I completed all the steps to resolve including a copy of ID. They state they will get back to me within a few days but today is exactly 1 week and I have not heard anything.
I have emailed them almost everyday and no response, all i get is automated emails back.
Is there any known issues, or delays with paypal? I really need to have access to that money now. Thanks

I called in at least 5 times in a month but they still didn't review my docs.
I am really frustrated..

Yes, try to call them, and ask what's going on.
I usually message their Facebook Support as it's much faster to respond.

I am in the same boat. Uploaded docs waiting for 24 hours so far. Temporarily limitation. Can still accept funds.

Had this a few times. I usually just abandon the account for a few weeks until it gets done. One occasion i called up and asked when they would check them over and she replied you haven't reached the limit yet so we won't check until you do. I told her this was ridiculous as when i reached the limited my account an funds would be froze so why would i continue using paypal and ebay when theres other options without asking for documents and refusing to look at them. Literally like talking to a brick wall so i put the phone down and left it a few weeks again and it had been sorted. They do employ some idiots at paypal

You can login to your account and do live chat in Paypal contact us option after waiting 2 days i did live chat and got my account restored within few minutes
