No one reviewed the documents I submitted
 

My UK PayPal was limited 1 month ago and then I uploaded the documents that required by PP.
However, no one reviewed my documents so I called in several times and was told the final decision would be made in 3~5 business days.
That last time I called in a guy told me the back office would reviewed my account in 24 hours but still no help.:smash:
Any ideas?

I usually contact their Facebook Support if something like this happened.
They usually respond within 24 hours.

just need to be patience, it's in the queue and will be reviewed, if you call them again you will get same answer as you got before, it's like ringing up to find out how long your takeaway you ordered for delivery will be

Here's the thing about paypal, if they limit you then asl for docs, it's usually their way of tricking you into giving them your info so they make sure you are gone for good.

But then if it works out for you, which I hope it does, great.

I have been asked for docs on 4 different accounts so far and each time i got the account restored in maximum 48 hrs. But it is proably a good strategy to
tell that information for someone who sells paypal accounts

Probably in que waiting to be reviewed only to be denied, because when they flipped the coin it landed on no.

i had a similar problem with 1 of my UK ones

i didnt check the acc for 1 week once i submitted my docs, still it wasnt fixed.
i had live chat prompt and told them to check my account, the live chat rep unrestricted my acc within 5 mins of telling them


just go to the help section once on the paypal and try that

Is their live agents ever available in the Uk? Everytime I tried it, always said unavailable. Whats the best time to catch them?

This is just ridiculous from paypal. How do we get them to answer without phoning in? I provided all the docs and a few days is now nearly 2 weeks
Anyone have a direct email address?

It’s always very slow this time of year.

Most the year it’s a week or so at the most. This time of year though that increases to 4 weeks review times

I would just sit tight for a little while longer. You can if you want to speed it up go into chat on PayPal though and that can work.

Everytime I try chat its always unavailable unless I am going through the wrong options :/

Have been trying their chat different times of the day, but its never available. I am really going out of my mind now , they held my money for 180 days and even now will not release it, everytime I email, it just gets ignored no response to anything

I got a paypal account verified 2 days ago. they asked for docs on 13th , i submited on the 14th and they unlocked on 23rd. I stoped to receive money after hitting 1800 EUR softlimit. So it works but takes a bit longer

I called US PayPal 1 month later and they told me my documents were "under review" but they didn't know how long it would take.

It'll be 4 weeks tomorrow for me too, documents for 'temporary limitation' still not reviewed.

Seems like even email support doesnt exist. I have been emailing for 4 weeks and not even 1 response.
They held my money for 180 days and still counting!
