Sending Goods & Services payments on new PayPal

Hello,

I have been limited whilst attempting to send Friends and Family payments on new PayPals. But, I would like to attempt this with the Goods and Services option. Has anyone attempted to send Goods and Services payments on new PayPals and got limited because of it?

There are quite a lot of factors playing in there and new accounts, with no history, are likely to be limited... which amount are you talking about?

F&F payments on new accounts is dangerous. As ilcarletto stated, there are other factors involved. Are you selling risky items too?
