PayPal asked for ID photo after 2 months.
Is it possible to do anything?

Well you are going to need to provide them what they want. Are there any other forms of id that they will accept?

Passport, Driving license, Military ID, National ID...

Here's a rule of thumb, whenever PP asks for documents, it usually means that you got flagged somehow.

And even if people give them docs they usually used that against you.

At this point there's nothing you can do aside from giving them what they want.
And just see how it goes
