I added my bank account to paypal and withdrew a small amount to test. The transaction went through straight away and still says CONFIRMED on the paypal transaction. However paypal removed my bank account after. Is this a sign it has failed? Haven't recieved money to my bank yet

Update paypal got refunded saying it was declined I assume by the bank. Any help on why? the names are mismatched but multiple people said santander was fine with this
