Paypal asking for ID

Hi all, does anyone know if Paypal accept certified copies of passports?
I am guessing not but thought I would ask the question in case anyone had any success with this before

As long as passport isn't expired you're good. If it's a PayPal account that isn't in your name there are people you can reach out to for photoshopped passports/IDs.
