3 weeks ago I received the email from PayPal stating I could now withdraw my funds as the 180 days have passed but when I go to the transfer page there are no To or From accounts to select.
I have messaged PayPal 12 times in the last 3 weeks and they have not responded, I just get a generic message advising troubleshooting tips not relevant to my query.
How do I contact PayPal regarding a limited account currently as their phone lines are not available?
