Cant withdraw my funds after the 180 days and cant contact paypal
 

My Paypal account (in my real name) was limited and I got the 180 days message.

3 weeks ago I received the email from PayPal stating I could now withdraw my funds as the 180 days have passed but when I go to the transfer page there are no To or From accounts to select.

I have messaged PayPal 12 times in the last 3 weeks and they have not responded, I just get a generic message advising troubleshooting tips not relevant to my query.

How do I contact PayPal regarding a limited account currently as their phone lines are not available?

when you receive generic message answer to it. Also use paypal messages system

make a phone call to paypal (you can find the number via google)

I have the same problem. So frustrated. If you have any worked suggestion pls share some.

Your best bet is to call Paypal, their customer service is horrible.

I got the doe in the end.
Not sure what it was, but was able to transfer last week
