PayPal Temporary Limited -Invoices and Suppliers info.
Hi everyone,
I hope someone can give me advise here from previous experience or just some info what's best to do.
I have my personal legit business PayPal temporarily limited today that has been running for 4 years.
I received this email:
We need some information from you to help us understand your business better.
Until we've received your information, some features in your account will be limited. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you've provided the information we've requested.
If you're unable to submit the required information by or if we notice additional changes in your account activity your access will be further limited
Submit your inventory receipts
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier
Explain your change in account activity
Explain how your business works.
My suppliers are based in china.
i have read on here that paypal doesnt really like Chinese invoices etc... is that really the case?
if so what do i do in this case?
i have alibaba invoices etc..
should i be honest with them and provide what i have available or be creative?
