Is their still a receiving limit on PayPal UK

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question Is their still a receiving limit on PayPal UK?

I’ve reached over £2300 worth of sales and still no email or notification to say I’ve reached a receiving limit.

Just wondering if their is one?

Any help would be much appreciated.

it was 4k when paypal asked for my id. its only the soft limitation and still receiving and spending money, im upto approx 5k now and still on the soft limitation. no idea why though!

Thanks for your reply. I have real info to give PayPal if they ask for it I don’t have invoices so would have to get creative if they ever ask for those later down the line. I’m passed £2.5k now and I’ve never gone this far without having to sent my ID over so not sure what’s going on lol.

I have same question, my paypal is international, not from UK, but i have sold in last 60days for around £2500 and still havent received email to pass receiving limit with ID and proof of address, maybe PayPal dont ask for these anymore?

The limitation is not just based on the amount. It's also based on the activities on your account.
I have account that has been running for years, receiving and sending payments and I never got that limitation.
However, once you got limited for the amounts received (or receiving), just submit the infos they are asking.
