how to withdraw after 180 days

Hi,

I remember i added a bank account and cashed out after 180 days previously. but this time i called and they couldnt add the bank, asked for documents and wanted to transfer the funds to another account (friend or family)

anyone else have this?
nothing is ever simple!

In UK Without a bank account attached when the account was initially suspended it is super hard to add one and cash out after the 180 days is up.

If they are offering you the chance to transfer it to friends and family I’d be doing that in an instant as you are lucky to get that option.
