Document verification ?

The interface has changed ?

They want proof of address but it says credit card statement, I can't see utility bill anywhere like before other than a drop selection that simply says "proof of address" can I still submit a utility bill under than drop selection ?

Yes.

Submit it under "other proof of address" (can't remember the exact wording).

I've sent in dozens of utility bills since the "change" without issue.
