PP want me to sign a document and send it to London before withdrawing cash.
 

PayPal are requiring me to
"Review and Print the Direct Debit Instruction".

I have to Print and sign a form and send it to PayPal Intl Ltd
In Richmond, London.

Has anyone else done this and had success?
I am trying to withdraw Over £5,000 after PP holding it for 180 days.

When I added a bank account in my name (different to the PayPal Stealth name)
It wouldn't let me withdraw the money.. and they said I need to print and sign this form.

I think that you can skip this, just dont accept Direct Debit Instructions and confirm your bank.

Ignore this advice,

PayPal want to pay you directly into your account, if you do not give them authorization to do so they may just keep the money.

They are asking permission to pay to a different name and bank account

Update.
I signed and sent the form to London.

But Its not letting me withdraw the full £5,000 to my bank.
- it let me withdraw £190 on the first day
- it let me withdraw £230 on the second day.

And now when I try to withdraw it says;
"There is an issue with your account, please contact us to help resolve this issue"

So I just messaged them asking for help...
I just want to be able to withdraw it all and be done with it.
It worries me

In the years i understood that security system in used also within the forever limited accounts. It's stupid but is the trut, it's a techical part ever present
No worry, you attached a bank account recently and now the withdraw feature on this b.a. is under the radars light. The little increasing amount and the error are you getting now, are part of the game. Let the account sit down for some days 3/5 then get back to withdraw. For sure you will be able to withdraw, maybe a major amount than the past aswell
