PP Limited - 180days have passed

hi

bit of advise, pp was limted sometime ago as they didnt like the creative id so 180days passed and still no joy, they are asking for another copy of the ID - any way around/ solve this obviously they have the picture of the old id so it need to match? theres a fair bit held so wouldnt mind getting it out
