i have a dedicated phone per account and use mobile dongle.

Best follow stealth guide rules. In and ideal world, would be nice to download the apps again, but i wouldnt risk personally.

Maybe a more experienced user will say something different. But if in doubt, dont do it, follow stealth

You are in the UK. We dont have the same phone issues as USA. You are making this more difficult than it needs to be. Switch the phone and this problem disappears. Add the paypal to the new phone first while keeping it on the old one. Warm it up, then when you are happy, disregard old phone.

Just restart the factory and change the connection IP, obviously open another Gmail or account linked to the previous device
