PayPal Account, Instantly Limited, Req Photo ID

Hi all,

I have started to struggle to create new UK PP's. New Windows User Account --> Firefox Portable (configured correctly) --> Unused IP (Mobile Data) --> New Sim Card and Email.

As soon as the account gets opened, it instantly gets temporary limited and I get asked for photo ID. Is the new thing now ?

Any advice ?

try a different computer or phone, it is something paypal can detect about the hardware that was been used previously
