Withdrawal problem due to security system
 

Hello,

I have limited paypal since 2020, I contacted paypal and they allowed me to add bank account and said that I can withdrawal the funds.

When I try to withdrawal I get message: "We're not able to complete this transaction at the moment".

So I call paypal support and they say that their security system blocks my withdrawal and that I should try again in 72h. When I try again, they say the same thing, I have tried many times and it still doesn't work.

Do you know how I can solve this ?

Call them AGAIN and AGAIN until they allow you to withdraw.

leave the bank account on file for a couple of weeks and try again
