Rules On Refund When Having 21 Day Hold And Restricted Account
 

Hello folks,

I have been out from paypal game for a while so I want to clarify one thing before I get back...

When I make a paypal account and I receive the first payment and it gets my paypal account restricted and the payment is on 21 day hold, can I still refund it?

I remember that in past I had problems with that as paypal was saying there is not enough founds in your account but that might be because the buyer opened the case ?

My memory is blurry on this, so I hope someone can help and clarify this for me.

Basically when this scenario occurs I hope I can refund they buyer, get account verified and after that proceed with sells again.

Please let me know if that is possible or paypal still doesn't allow that.

Your account will get nuked playing games like that...

Just let the funds sit until it gets released.
