How does one get around photo verification for stealth

Depends on how the account is set up.... one would either dump the account and move on or the creative types might make use of editing software to produce the necessary ID.

It is also possible to be stealth and use you own name or a simple variation of it. This makes it easier to get past restrictions. As does having access to the address you use!

Would rather not have any association with my name whatsoever to be honest, is a family problem not just individual so has to completely anonymous to the original and no variations would work with the name I have to be honest.
Address is not a problem, is just at some stage one is going to have to submit further details regardless of what they do or how they conduct their business.
The editing option is something I have been thinking about, as far as i know, PP do not verify or check your info they just make you present it to them, so that is the best solution as long as it is done to the highest possible standard.

I too am in the same situation. I have a Stealth account that does not have anything to do with my name or location. I've been asked by paypal to provide a utility bill. That is all they want right now, but I'm sure they will ask for more shortly.

Most things can very easily be changed.
Passport is harder, not impossible though. Mayhaps Driving licence is easier.

I'm trying so hard to find a copy of a utility bill from the state my Stealth account is located in and I can't find it. Any suggestions.

Can you not scan in and play around with the name/address on one of your own utility bills?

I would suggest you tell us what state you are from, and just maybe someone will PM you with what you are asking for.

I would have no problem helping out most subscribed members here with a copy from my state.

paypal allows you to upload files to verify your info, its quite simple using a digi camera and software package to create what you wANT

i have faxed a couple of times and apparently never recieved so now i upload and fax, no probs since ;)

whats difference between uploading and fax , apart from fax fuzziness (which is good)

they cant see your PC, especially if you upload under a guest window, just make sure file name isnt a giveaway etc...
