Likely PP has made it even more stringent...you're still trying to use F&F in spite of numerous posts on your other thread?

Yes im still using F&F and there’s a good reason why im using it because if I use goods and services pp limits my account straight away and they are stupid for doing that.

And like I said in my previous thread I’ll happily pay pp there fees but they are causing the problem atm limiting my account straight away after receiving goods and services payment.

Alright - well I haven't read about new rules and stipulations for F&F payments recently so it's the same as usual...

Are you selling too many digital goods with no tracking, could this be a reason for Paypal to limit your account?

you cant refund F&F and you cant dispute them either...you can build ur selling side by making a few transactions via F&F, then making a small sale via goods and services....to trigger the limitation...now once triggered give them the info they need...youll likely get reinstated with a small no of transactions. Then build from there.convert to a business account afterwards...and operate your paypal wiser from this point.maybe get a website too and not kjust direct payments as goods and services.goodluvk

Well there is something definitely fishy when I tell my customers to send with F&F they always receive this error message on there end.

We've stopped this payment to keep you safe

We believe this could be a scam, so we stepped in to protect your money.

We warned you,the next move will be suspending your account.
Make your customer pay for shipping and send them a card with tracking OR take a chance of losing $$

When I tell a customer to send a payment using goods and services they always limit the stealth PayPal acc straight away after receiving the goods payment so why would I take the risk of losing out just to pay pp fees.

And like I said I don’t mind paying pp fees but if they are limiting it after receiving payment through goods that’s their fault.

And when I tried refunding the customer after receiving the limit it said this error msg below.

I do create stealth pp accounts myself the only thing I wasn’t doing was not buying from IPBurger to change my ip, I think pp has my original ip marked and know it’s me and are not letting customers use F&F now.

If you're in the UK, there are other sources of IP available like mobile phone hotspot

Tried a mobile proxies from Buypersonalproxy website and created a new pp and customers still got the same error message when try to send with F&F so not quite sure what else can it be.

I’m thinking of just buying pp now as that’s the only option I have left to try and if all goes well without limits I will start using goods and services.
