Need Advice on whether to sort out old account or start new stealth Paypal
 

Hi everyone,

I have had my ebay account suspended, and in turn my Paypal account limited.

The problem is that the ebay account has been linked to another suspended ebay account with unpaid fees. Also, the Paypal account has been linked to a suspended Paypal account I have (I had the classic 'parting of ways' with the suspended Paypal account around 6 months ago).

Paypal have asked me for ID, bank account statement, tracking numbers and supplier details before they make a decision.

I have had this Paypal account for best part of 8 years, a lot of money has gone through it and I am loathe to losing it and having to go through the whole process of opening a stealth account and lifting all limitations
- my heart tells me to send in the details, however my head tells me to scrap it and start again with a stealth Paypal account.

Do you guys believe, as I believe, they will simply take all my real details, stick them on file, and then cancel my account?

Hi, I suspect that is exactly what will happen, especially if this PP account is linked to a permanently limited one.

I suspected the most - Ive been backwards and forwards over this for a couple of days.
I will go ahead with a new stealth account instead.

They will take your details and then tell you they are holding your funds for 180 days !
