Brand New paypal account limits?
 

assume, first ever account. ie clean brand new machine, clean ip, no proxy or vpn or anything suspicious, etc.

How much can one trade on a brand new completely un-verified paypal account?

or on a vcc verified acc.?


Just like moneybookers limits.


I m planning to get some money in via account transfer and sending/withdrawing via another acc transfer.

I was just curious. MB has limits but i think pp closes more account than mb easily even when they r empty. MB mostly locks after u get some funds. Cheeky!

I just use verified pp to be on the safe side.

for money laundering purposes you will have to confirm info once you get to £1200, if its not verified before that then you wont be able to sell on ebay for very long at all

You really should verify your account before you start selling.

To not do so is to invite limitation.
