pay pal accounts suspended

my pay pal account has been suspended but the address i use is my mums house .
do you guys think i should set up new account with bank account from where i actually live !
as i have a savings account that i could use to verify paypal details

That's one way to do it.. as long as it hasn't be used with eBay / PayPal you're good to go.

Be sure to read eBay Stealth to learn how to protect your accounts as well.

Welcome to the forum,mattieh!

Like aspkin said that is one way to go. When you do this you need to make sure that the bank account allows the Direct Debit mandate for the paypal deposits. Savings account do not usually allow that. Be careful of which bank you use as some banks have been reported to share info with paypal.
