Paypal still limited
 

Mine was limited for the fact that I was selling so much, and receiving so much money in my Paypal account (and probably not providing tracking numbers. I, in turn refunded every single buyers money back because of this limitation, as I could not forward on the money to my supplier).

I have now cleared my buyer disputes... However, I want to access my money in my Paypal account.

This company seriously is something else...

I spoke to them 2 days ago, they told me that my account will remain limited... I should send them an e-mail through "contact us" and file a complaint against Paypal stating why I should my account should be re-instated...

well why do you think Paypal...????

the woman basically said to me... once I provide an invoice (supplier invoice) or tracking numbers... they will re-review my Paypal account...

Why are you selling goods that cost so much and sending them without tracking in the first place? Are you mad? All it takes is for one person to say they didnt receive their item and your £600 down the drain.
Did you read paypals TOS ? If I was you I would read it !!!!!
Second, in all honesty, you can kiss good bye to that account, it is very rare that it will be re-instated, look forward to the parting of company email very shortly after you have submitted the information they have requested.

I too am amazed that you are sending £600 worth of goods without tracking.

You didn't need to refund anyone, it's your money.

ive sent a legal letter to paypal about removing the limitation off of my paypal account... we'll see there response

ur restricted
ull receive an e mail saying ur done

after you complete their process for suplier information

then they will say ur account restricted and put away for 180 days

i sent paypal a pre legal letter... they said i cannot get my refund back of $896 which i sent to a chinese guy for products coz i was not protected or something like that...

so i checked today, the money had been returned to my paypal account.


however, it says paypal balance £363.79

but it says Available balance in GBP (primary): -£239.50 GBP

? ? ? ? ? ? ?


and YES, my paypal account is STILL LIMITED FFS! ! ! !

Follow the threat through in your pre-legal notification. Once their time limit has elapsed and they haven't released your money, you can start proceedings via moneyclaim.gov.uk
