Paypal asking for verification

Have had this PP account for a while now, and have just been asked to verify my CC and phone number.
When I made this account I failed the phone verification, and they sent a letter to me with a code. what will happen if I fail the phone verification again?
However before that, they are going to take some money from my CC which is a VCC with entropay. Will it show up on my entropay account? And once I enter that information, will I still have to go through the phone part?

Has anyone had PP take money from their entropay card?
I have check my entropay account, and out of the 5 cards I have, one of them, the one for this PP account says I have :

Card Balance: GBP 1.00

Available to spend: GBP 0.00

All the rest say available to spend £1 with the same card balance.

However nothing is showing up on the view statement tab. Anyone been through this process and shed more light on it ?

no, you lift limits with phone location verification, but only once you approach £1200-£1700

you waiting for expuse? normally best to have £3 loaded on card for it to work, £1 isnt enough usually, but if avail to spend 0, that means theyve taken the £1 and you should get expuse soon, it takes a few days to show up
