Paypal 180 days withdrawal
 

Got a question to ask:
When does the 180 day count commence?
Is it from actual date account was limited or is it from when you get an official close of account email?
e.g. if you do not respond fully to all the limitation queries and issue drags on for 2 months and perhaps they now close account; would this effectivelt mean you would have to wait for 8 months in total from date of first limitation

Believe it is date of limitation being imposed.
