just registered a new e-mail address, renewed my ip address, created ebay account, setup a entropay account, now im just about to register a paypal account,

Can someone please confirm what details I can fill in truthfully and which ones should I be inventive with...

And whats the deal with cookies, do I have to turn them off?

I can tell you to beat the cookies you should open up a new user on your PC or switch browser from IE to fire or vice versa both have the same effect if you have used both browsers then I would opt for new user.

Make a new user, each user account keeps cookies separate, allowing you to have multiple ebays with all separate cookies. Make sure you have different ip for each obviously!
