brand new paypal account
 

basically i have already been banned on paypal..otherwise i wouldnt be here now.

however i havent signed up again for a new paypal account and i have just moved house..however i have used skype on my other laptop.i now got a brand new one..but i changed my email address on skype...

anyway thats not the point...

first thing that i should do when signing up my paypal account is to put in my bank detials and make sure that gets confirmed first correct???

secondly when it comes to the point when i get pre-limited...i have already sent them my driVing license..will i get away with sending them my passport???i have got a new utility bill which i will be fine with..and a bank statement all which are at my new address.

just need someone to advise me here..its annoying because i was making a minimum of £200 a day and to get shut off is annoying.

I would choose another VOIP sevice for starters, get verfied/confirmed like you say and yes your pass port should be fine.

did you set it up under your own name ??

i did set it all up under my own name so i should be alright???
