question about bank transfer!
Okay let me explain ...
Recently I got a random payment of 52$ from some person I didn't know, I decided to accept it and convert it to 32£.
7minutes later I got an email telling me the money had been put on hold, and that the sender said there account was stolen when it was sent.
I was fine with that, so I refunded it, but it seems like when I hit the confirm refund button, paypal auto-reversed it at the same time, and it took the refund from my bank account, so now the sitation is that, the reversal of the payment I received is on hold until the 8th , and the refund I tried to give is taken from my bank is pending.
Basically, I just want to know how to cancel a pending bank withdrawal, here is a screenshot if this helps!? http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/6910/umgpap.png
