Advice, RXI 060 limitation everytime I recieve funds.
 

I think paypal may be watching me lol!

I am able to verify new stealth accounts, but as soon as I receive money I get limited, always with RXI060, and wanting proof of address (and sometimes more). I had made several account before with no trouble, then a few weeks ago, no more.

Every account i've made was with the same mobile broadband stick (but checked for a different IP every time).

Ever account was in a new user account (no cookie linking). I even did cc cleaner on the PC before setting up my last aco**** to be sure i got em all. No luck

So either paypal has my MAC address red flagged, my IP range, they are flagging entropay vccs for limitation, or they have started geo locating IPs (I generally register outside of my own country).

I'm going to try a new card that is not EP, and a new dongle and will report back.

Getting very frustrated.

More thank likely it has to be the part where you are registering outside of your own country......its supposed to be only 20 miles......

I have been register more than 200 miles with no problem

Always the same product you're selling for money?

For the last year i've had no trouble registering anywhere in the western hemisphere. Could well be that they have added my IP range.

It was a variety or products or differant prices.
