paypal limited, documents "in progress" for a week...
 

Hi guys, first i wanna say thank you for so much useful information provided by u guys on this forum and wish all of you a good christmas.

well my paypal account got limited one week ago due to a large amount payment transacton and i have uploaded all the ducuments and a slightly doctored id photo - to match the person's name on the account but now all the stuff still shows "in progress" and it's been over a week even the positive feedback for that transaction has been received.

so just want to know is this normal? how long does it normally take to get the account restored? i called them many times & serval no response emails but they just keep me waitting. thanks
