learnt something new this week

was on a newish paypal account customer had damaged item so claimed on paypal to get it return , i allowed it to go to paypal review and low and behold my account is limited, had £250 in it so i refunded everyone because chances are i wont be able to save account an not risking sending all my items

point is for sake of a £10/20 i should have just refunded the seller and avoided paypal snooping

You might have been limited either way since you account is new and depends on item, true. Not much to learn except consumer is often (if not ALWAYS) right =(
