my paypal has just got limited and cant lift funds for 180 days but i withdraw money to my bank account witch should clear tomorrow says completed on paypal will i still recieve this or will it also be held ?

Likely held if it has not hit your bank already.

If it shows completed on your account main page then you should be getting the money. If it had been reversed it would show the withdrawl as reversed and the money would be in your PP account balance.
