Receiving Money into a paypal account.
 

I want to receive annonymous payments into a non-fully verified stealth paypal account.
The paypal account i am going to use will be email confirmed and with a card added but no bank account.
I am not looking to withdraw from the paypal account, only spend the money on ebay items , the ammount of money i will be recieving is fairly small at about £35 - £100 a week.
As far as i am aware it is possible to recieve money into a non verfiied uk paypal account and spend it on ebay ?
However , i was wondering what the likelyhood is of the account being limited?
Please note i am not selling on ebay only buying and i am receiving a fairly small ammount of money!
Also , as the money will be sent to me from an unknown client i am worried about security , will the money be on hold and will the client be able to claim it back once they have recieved their goods ?
I don't want to be scammed !
As far as i am aware money only goes on hold in paypal because of sold ebay items, not money recieved as 'money owed' or 'money for services'.

One thing i am not worried about is the paypal recieving limit on a non-fully verified account because i will simply move onto the next paypal account once the limit is near.
Put simply, i am concerned only about the risks of paypal limitation and the risks of payments from unknown people being returned to them when using a paypal account for recieving payments !
Any advice is much appreciated because this is my first venture outside of using paypal for ebay only.
